MBA Operations Management: Eligibility

A Bachelor's degree in any discipline obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. 

MBA Operations Management: Admission Process

Most Management Institutes conduct National level Entrance tests for selection of students. Some of these tests are CAT, XAT, MAT etc. The application process generally starts after the month of August and goes on till December for most of the Entrance Tests. These tests are generally Computer-based except for a few like SNAP which is a paper-based test. After the Entrance Test, every Institute shortlists candidates who then appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Direct Admission

There are certain private institutes which take direct admission in their MBA courses based on the percentile/marks scored in one of the nationally conducted Entrance Tests. Such Institutes, however, are likely to conduct Group Discussion and Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates. Certain Institutes also take direct admission on seats which fall under management quota.
