B.P.Ed. is offered for different durations and thus the eligibility criteria are different.
For the 3-4 year duration course, the students should have cleared their 10+2 exams from a recognized board. Candidates who have studied physical education as a subject in 12th are preferred.
For the 1-2 year duration course, the students should have completed their graduation from a recognized institute and should have scored at least 50% aggregate marks. They should also have some experience in sports and should have participated in sports competitions at inter-college, inter-school, or individual levels, which are recognized by the government or the concerned authorities.
