How do I verify my Email ID?

As soon as you Sign-up, TuteeHUB will send you an email with your Registration Details along with a link to verify your email. Clicking on the enclosed link will verify the email and open TuteeHUB Home page for you.

How do I verify my Mobile Number?

As soon as you Sign-up, TuteeHUB will send an OTP (4 digit code) on the mobile number you have specified during Registration.

I have not received Email Verification Link or OTP Text. What should I do?

After Sign In, you'll find on top of the Page, options to Resend Email Verification Link email or Resend OTP for mobile number verification.

What is TuteeHUB ID?

The TuteeHUB ID is your unique registration number issued by TuteeHUB platform at the time of Sign-up. The TuteeHUB ID is used internally and externally by the system to link and provide all TuteeHUB services and benefits to you. We send you this TuteeHUB ID for the first time in your Registration Email. Also, it's displayed prominently in your Profile when you sign in. Please save this email and TuteeHUB ID for future reference to avail TuteeHUB services and benefits.

What format and file size is supported in the Resume Section for uploading?

You may upload Resume files in formats doc, docx or pdf. The file size should not exceed 1 MB.

I have not yet created a Resume. Can you help me?

We recommend that you visit our Learning Centre here "Insights" to get the best advice and guides on how to create a stellar resume.

How can I add Languages and Skills not showing up in your Keyword List?

Simply type in the missing Skill or Language and Hit Return/Enter to add it in your Profile.

I just signed up for an Account. When can I start using it?

Kindly allow us one 1 business day to provision your account and activate all linked services. Once this activity completes, you shall receive a welcome email from us. If you still haven't received the welcome email or you're unable to login, please contact us at  support@tuteehub.com or call us on  011-42427761.

My organization has several branches and subsidiaries. How will this platform accommodate this?

The platform supports multiple associated entities through a feature called "Branches".Create a Branch from the My Account Menu Corporate Branches Get detailed instructions on creation, deletion and modification of branches and their use across platform activities through our User Manual accessible in the Help & Support Menu once you login.

What kind of password should I choose?

We recommend that you choose a password at least 6 characters or longer, consisting of letter and numbers.

How to resolve Error "Email or Password may be wrong"?

  •  There may be an extra space typed inadvertently along with the username.
  •  Your password may be a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. Often due to Caps Lock key being active, Shift key or any other key not functioning properly causes incorrect password being typed in. Please try typing the password on a text editor such as Notepad or Microsoft Word to see if this is the cause.
  •  Sometimes, your browser auto fills username/password information, which may not be updated or correct. Try typing in the username/password by first clearing out the username/password fields.
  •   If all fails, we suggest that you reset your password.

I have forgotten my password. Can you recover and send it to me?

When you register with TuteeHUB, we email you the registration details including the Username and Password. If in case you've changed this initial setup password, then we recommend resetting the password. Please click on the "Forgot Password" Link just under the Password field on the Sign- Page. Please follow on screen instructions. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Tried password reset but still unable to login. What can I do?

Contact TuteeHUB team at   support@tuteehub.com with your Name and Contact Information along with the details of the issue/concern. Alternatively, fill up this  form.

How can I update/add information to my Profile?

Click on "My Profile" in the Menu on Top Right of the Page. Thereafter, click on ( ) icon against each section to add/delete/modify the information. Please note that no changes are saved unless you click on the Save option appearing under each section while editing.

Where can I find your Plans and Pricing details?

Our platform offers a mix of services, some free of cost and the remainder charged in reasonable terms. Our subscription models are totally flexible and easily customized to match individual requirements.Click on the MemberShip Section Menu once you login to see the pricing options available to you.

How do I search for Jobs?

Now search for Jobs using our powerful yet simple search tool or browse through all postings. You can filter and sort Job openings using multiple criteria like Job Type, Date of Posting, Industry, Skill requirement and Full Time or Part Time options. You can apply to any Job opening with a single click. Additionally, you may Bookmark or Save Jobs to review later.

Why should I apply through TuteeHUB? Are you offering any guarantees of Employment?

TuteeHUB does not offer or implies any guarantees or assurances of Employment in any shape or form. However, applying through TuteeHUB multiplies your chances of getting shortlisted. It's due to a combination of your skill, experience and qualifications coupled with advantages and features offered by TuteeHUB platform to both you and to the Recruiter. TuteeHUB will assist you if you're shortlisted, while being assessed and right up to joining the organization. We're with you all the way on your career building journey.

How much will I be charged for applying to a job?

TuteeHUB or that matter no Recruiter or Employee posting Jobs on the Platform charges you any amount as application, processing or administration fee. Please do not pay any such fee even if demanded by anyone claiming to be a TuteeHUB Employee, Representative or Associate and let us know at  supoort@tuteehub.com.

When I'm trying to search for Jobs, the results come up as blank. Why?

This usually happens when you're using search filters with no matching Job Results. For instance trying to search with Filter "Law" selected under Industry may show no results if no new Job Openings were posted in the Legal Services Industry.

I have a specific query related to a Job that's been posted/ or I've applied to through TuteeHUB. Who should I contact?

Please contact the Recruiter through the contact details posted in the Job Description (usually at the end) for any clairifcations. When I'm filtering Job openings, I don't see the Industry and Skills specific to me. What should I do?

This would be rare. We encourage you email us at  support@tuteehub.com with the details you would like us to add or alternatively, fill up this  form.

Why do you insists on a Resume to be uploaded before applying to a job?

we strongly suggest that you do create and add a Resume as soon as possible. Recruiters download and review Resumes of candidate profiles they find most promising. Thus, a Resume uploaded along with an updated profile will increase your chances of being shortlisted.

What happens when I apply for a Job through TuteeHUB?

You will receive an email confirming Job Application has been sent to the Recruiter. Please verify your contact details in the email and update if necessary. The TuteeHUB will send your Application and Profile details to the Recruiter. The Recruiter will screen your application manually and through technology to gauge your suitability for the Job Opening. Once shortlisted, the Recruiter will get in touch with you and TuteeHUB for next steps. TuteeHUB will keep you informed during the assessments that may follow and provide expert guidance and mentoring to fine tune your performance. If the organization in which you've applied decides to hire you, TuteeHUB will help you with Joining and On-boarding procedures.

How do I expand my professional network?

You can now connect with campuses for learning queries and with recruiters for employment concerns using the Networkfeature.

How do I post a job?

Employers can draft job posting with ease using integrated Job Description inquiry forms available at the Manage Jobs Menu Create New Job. There's high degree of customization and business relevant filters available to capture all the right details. Simplified formatting aids along with optional SEO keywords tagging is also featured. Publishing a job is also a hassle free single click operation. Links of Published jobs can be easily shared or posted and are accessible anywhere as web links.

How do I create a Campus Drive?

When creating a job, please select Campus Drive as the job type.Once the job is posted, TuteeHUB Campus Liasion Team will help you assign suitable campus for this drive.

When creating Job openings, I don't see the Industry and Skills specific to me. What should I do?

This would be rare. We encourage you email us at  support@tuteehub.com with the details you would like us to add or alternatively, fill up this form.

How do I modify/delete the jobs I have posted?

You may edit any job postings created by you by simple clicking on the edit ( )icon against each entry in Manage Jobs->View Active Jobs. You may set a Job as "inactive" or "disabled" by clicking on the ( ) icon in front of each job posting. Deletion of any Job postings is not permitted for reasons of keeping accurate historical archives in compliance with legal obligations and our own stringent data recording,security and integrity policies.

How do I track job applications from candidates?

The integrated Applicant Tracking System provides user friendly features for tracking applications received on any posted job, simply by clicking on the number under the "Applied" Section. This feature is accessible under Manage Jobs View Active Jobs by Clicking on "Start Hiring" against the relevant Job you're tracking. The resultant screen displays assessment round based candidate/application status.

Can I download a list of candidates applying job wise?

This feature is indeed available integrated with Candidate/Application Tracking System. It is accessible under Manage Jobs View Active Jobs by Clicking on Start Hiring against the relevant Job you're tracking. The resultant screen displays assessment round based candidate/application status. And on the top left you'll notice a ( ) icon , clicking on which lets you download the list of all candidates in that particular assessment round.

How do I connect with campuses to organize campus drives?

Now connect with campuses through the private communication feature called Network to organize campus drives for full time jobs and internships.

How do I connect with recruiters and corporates to expand my Placement network?

You can now connect with Corporates and Recruiters through the TuteeHUB's Network feature. Invite Recruiters for Internship and Campus Drives through inbuilt communication channel or directly using their published contact details.

How do I keep track of recruitments during a campus drive ?

Access latest information, stats & updates in your inbox and real time on all recruitment activities, right from the Dashboard. Get detailed information of each ongoing Campus Drive from Manage Jobs Active Jobs. View Round based status on each candidate or download in spreadsheet format. Not only that, get summary reports and analytics after the drive concludes in your inbox.

TuteeHUB does not offer any work, but we give you a platform to easily find work.

What is Work Remotely?

These are essentially projects/assignments paying a fixed price with a specified duration that you can sign up for. Simply, access these projects through the Work Remotely Find Work. Search for projects as per skill and rate preferences along with availability considering the duration specified.Then send an offer to the Remote Employer to express your interest for getting hired for the project.

Can I modify the offer I have made on a project?

Yes, you may change the offer you have made on a project but the Remote Employer has to approve it. To revise your offer, Navigate to Work Remotely My Works and click on the Project name to revise and resend your offer on it.

How do I get paid working remotely?

We highly advise Remote Workers to ask for a Milestone Payment first before doing any work on an accepted project. That way, you will be assured that the employer is willing to pay for your work.This Payment System allows controlled payments to the Remote Worker for a project.When you request for a Milestone Payment, the employer can create one by depositing funds for it. We will then hold such funds until the employer and you agree that the funds should be released. TuteeHUB will then disburse the Milestone Payment to the Remote Worker. If an employer does not approve of your work or amount, either you or the employer can contact us for Dispute Resolution.

Where do I look for Milestone Payments or request one?

Navigate to Work Remotely My Works and click on the option Work Area to view Milestone Created or can Create New Milestone yourself. Any funds released to you show up under the Payment Summary section.

What are Services?

These are specialized packages created for selling services on TuteeHUB.You specify what you'll be delivering, set the price you want and the estimated schedule. It gives you complete freedom to work independently and with complete flexibility.Access from Sell Services List Your Services to get started.

How do I rate and write a review for a Remote Employer?

After a project is completed and you are paid the full amount , the feedback system for that project will become available. Navigate to Work Remotely My Works and click on the option Review to leave a review for the Remote Employer.

How will TuteeHUB work for me?

Escpecially, if you are a small business or a startup and can't afford to hire full-time staff due to budget constraints, TuteeHUB is the right platform for you! How do I find and order the right services for me?

You can browse and search for services on the our Services listing page. Any listed service can be ordered by clicking on Buy button. You may using any available methods Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking etc. Once the payment is confimed, your order is created and the Remote Worker is notified to deliver the end product.If not satisfied with the deliverd product, or with the reponses/clarifications of the Remote Worker, you may file a dispute with us.

How is the service delivered to me?

Any services you order, will appear in Buy ServicesMy Order Report . You can check the status of the order, find the delivery link files here or even file a dispute if unahppy with the delivery or response of the Remote Worker.

How do I post a project?

Posting a customized project is real easy. Navigate to Hire Remotely Post Your Jobs. Fill in a short form to specify your requirements , budget and duration and click on Submit. See it appearing listed under Hire Remotely My Jobs

How do I assign a Remote Worket to my project?

Navigate to Hire Remotely My Jobs and click on the Project Title. You'll see a list of offers recieved on the project. Click on Accept to any offer and assign the Remote Worker who made that offer, to your project. We strongly recommend that you visit the profile of the Remote Worker by clicking on their name to check their work experience, ratings and feedback or even chat with them through Leave Message option before accepting any offers.

How do I create & release a milestone payment for my project?

Navigate to Hire Remotely My Jobs and click on the Work Area option under the Project Title. In the screen that appears, you may create and release a milestone payment or even file a dispute if unhappy with delivered outputs or Remote worker's response.

How do I cancel a milestone payment for my project?

Once released any milestone payment cannot be cancelled. Kindly contact, the Remote Worker to resolve any issues and if unhappy or dissatisfied with response, please escalate to us for dispute resolution through the Dispute option availble next to the Milestone Payment.

How do I cancel or delete a project?

A project may be deleted only if no Remote Worker is assigned to it. Post that we recommend that you negotiate pending deliverables or payments due with the Remote Worker for an pre-mature termination of a project. To delete an unassigned project Navigate to Hire Remotely My Jobs and Select the Delete option against the project you want to delete.

How do I edit a project?

A project may be edited only if no offers have been recieved. Navigate to Hire Remotely My Jobs and Select the Edit option against the project you want to edit.

How do I rate and write a review for a Remote Worker?

After a project is completed and paid in full , the feedback system for that project will become available. Navigate to Hire Remotely My Jobs and click on the option Review to leave a review for the Remote Worker.

What if a Remote Worker fails to complete my project?

We recommend that if anytime you are dissatisfied by the response or delivery output of the Remote Worker:
  •  First, reach out to the Remote Worker through our inbuilt chat feature or any other contact details provided by them.
  •  If no response or you are not satisfied with their response, please open a dispute against the project as soon as possible.

How do I send a message?

The Leave Message option is available on every project and service accessible by clicking on its Title.Remote employers and Remote workers can communicate with each other through this feature in a secure chat like environment. You can also attach files with your messages or chats.

How are disputes resolved?

Dispute Resolution is offered by TuteeHUB to users want return or release of an existing Milestone Payment.In all circumstances, we encourage users to resolve project issues or disputes between themselves. Our intervention is the last resort should parties be unable to reach an agreement. Either party has the option then to file a dispute with us.

How do I file a dispute?

Any user can file a dispute as long as their project has a related Milestone Payment. To file a dispute, navigate to Work Remotely My Works and click on the option Dispute

How do I deposit money into my account?

You can deposit funds to your TuteeHUB account using Credit Card,Debit Card, or Bank Deposit. Minimum deposit amount is ?100.

Why my deposit is not showing up in my account?

Please contact us with all the details at  support@tuteehub.com.

How are payments billed to my account?

Any payment or fee charged on your account will be paid using your available account balance.

How do I withdraw money from my account?

To withdraw any available funds from account, navigate to the Finance Withdraw Payments. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and hit Request. Please note the minimum withdrawal amount cannot be less than ?1000. Any requests made before on any Friday of a week will be processed for release of funds by Friday of the consecutive week

How can I view my Transactions?

To access a complete list of your transactions of your account, navigate to the Finance Transaction History.You can even use date base filters to track transactions over a specific time period.

How do I take an Exam?

You can attempt any exam either:
  •  Set as free or public.
  •   You have received an invitation link in email.
  •  Purchased individually or as part of a series.
To access, simply login and click on Exams All Exams

Where can I view results of the exams I have appeared in?

Why can't I see my results?

For results to be available, they must be published by the person who assigned you the exam.If your results are not available and you believe this is an error, contact your administrator or instructor.

Can I pause an ongoing?

No. You cannot pause an ongoing exam. Any attempts to tamper with the Exam screen can cause it to close down and you'll be disqualified/locked out of the Exam Screen.

How do I save an answer?

Select an option from the screen and either click on Mark for Review & Next or Next to save an answer.

How do I navigate between questions?

You can move between questions using < Prev and Next> or skip to any random question using the Question Palette on the Right.

How do I submit the exam?

You may end any exam by clicking on the Finish button. The exam will end on its own, when the allocated time is finished and the countdown timer on the top right approaches zero.

How do I keep track of time remaining on my exam?

The exam screen features a Countdown Timer on the top right that becomes active the moment , exam starts .

How do I create an exam?

Navigate to Exams All Exams Create to bring up the exam creation form. Please fill in the requisite information and hit Submit to Save the Exam. The Exam then starts appearing under All Exams.

What is Auto-Publish?

By default, the Platform does not publish results once an exam concludes. But this setting may be changed and set to Auto-Publish that enables the results of that exam to be displayed on screen the moment it concludes.

How do I associate an exam with a job?

An exam can be tagged with a particular job either while it is being created or by editing an existing exam and clicking on the Exam in the list under the Jobs field.

How do I add instructions to an exam?

An exam can be tagged with a particular job either while it is being created or by editing an existing exam and clicking on the Exam in the list under the Instructions field.

Can I set date and time for an exam ?

Yes.You can set the date and time for a test and can also limit it's availability to the selected users while creating an exam or by editing an already created exam. Simply login to your account and navigate to Exams All Exams.

How do I add questions to an exam?

Questions may be added from Exam Question Bank. The questions may be added by clicking on the ( ) against a subject and click on either Add or View Questions.

How do I add Subjects?

Subjects may be added from Exam Subject Master Create. Its possible to also import questions in bulk. Click on the Import option to download the requisite format and instructions.

Please Note: Subject Code should be unique.

How do I add Topics?

Topics may be added from Exam Subject Topics Create. Its possible to also import questions in bulk. Click on the Import option to download the requisite format and instructions.

Can I import questions in my exam?

Yes, you can import multiple type of questions in your exams. Simply navigate to Exams Question Bank Import Questions to import question into exam(s) using prescribed spreadsheet formats.(Format can be accessed by clicking on the "Import Questions" and then clicking on the format option in which you which to upload questions. )

How many types of questions are supported?

You can enter Multiple choice, Multiple choice with multiple answers, Fill in the blanks, True & False, Essay, Match the Matrix, Match the following, etc. Images, Formulas and Videos can also be attached.

Can I access complete exam results and reports?

Yes. You can view detailed analytics and reports of test performance, candidate and examwise at Exams Examinees

Browse through the list or look up using the Search box to locate the candidate for whom you want to query the exam results. Then click on their name to bring up detailed analytics ,examwise of their performance.

How do I publish results?

Simply login to your account and navigate to Exams Examinees.Then click on the ( ) icon against a candidate to bring up the Publish Result option. Alternatively, you may select ( ) multiple candidates and click on Publish Result.

Can I export exam results in bulk?

Yes.Simply navigate to Exams Examinees. Here,you can Search with filters like Exam Name, Job Name & Cut-Off Percentage. Click on the Export option to save the filtered list of results in bulk.

How do I sell the tests that I have created?

Set the exam as paid while creating it or editing it at Exams All Exams. The integrated payment system instamojo.com offers a wide range of options for making and receiving payments.

Is there any software installation required?

No software installation is required whatsoever to either create an exam or take an exam. Apart from a browser running on a PC/Laptop on any operating system, stable broadband internet connection is the only other requirement. We recommend the following before taking or creating a test:

How do I create and post an article?

To get started you need to click on the Insights Menu in the Quick action side bar, once logged into your account. Then select Articles and then Add Articles button. A new page pops up that looks almost like an email composition window. Start by typing in the Title of the Article and choose an appropriate Access Type category. We request that the content of your article should be to the point but descriptive. You may format this content using available features such as bold, italic, alignment etc. It's also possible to add an Image or a video to this article. Optionally, specify keyword tags for your content. Once you're all done with typing, formatting and after a final read over, click on Add to post.

What is "Access Type" that I see while creating posts?

Access Type is a content management feature offered by TuteeHUB platform using which you can limit the audience of any published content to a well defined group. For instance, if Access Type Corporate is selected while creating content then only users logged in with corporate accounts can view it.

What are the permitted file types and sizes when uploading Images/Video?

You may upload images of type jpg, png, gif, bmp, jpeg of maximum 1 mb in size. Video format supported for upload are swf, wav, mp4, mpg, wmv, avi, 3gp, mkv not exceeding 10 mb in size.

Then select My Feeds and that brings up a list of feeds created by you. You can modify content of any feed by clicking on the ( ) icon or Delete it from the ( ) icon.

I have posted an article or feed but it's inactive. What should I do next?

All articles or feeds submitted by you automatically enter a publishing queue of the TuteeHUB content management system. Kindly allow us,atleast one working day to process and publish your submissions on the TuteeHUB Platform. Please email us at  support@tuteehub.com for any further queries.

How do I participate in a discussion?

You must be logged in before you can participate in any discussion. Navigate to the discussion you'd like to be a part of and scroll down the end of all posted comments/responses. You'll see a response box ready for you to type in your comments/response to that ongoing discussion. You may also format the content with available features such as bold, italic, alignment etc. Once you're all done with typing, formatting and a final read over, click on Submit Response to post. Can I edit/delete/modify my Posts/Comments?

Yes. You may modify or delete any Posts or comments posted by you. An edit/delete option becomes available against each post/comment as soon as they are submitted.
