Which is better, HackerRank or GeeksForGeeks for interview preparation?

There’s no “correct” answer for this. If there were, most people would be using that website, and all other websites would be virtually out of business. Ideally, preparing from websites should come in the later part of your preparation, at which point, you should yourself have a fair idea of what you want from the site.

Here’s a roadmap for how you can prepare for interviews:

I interned at Google in summer 2016. Although the selection process for internships is much simpler than that for a full-time position, I prepared for about a week for my interviews. Here are some guidelines for the preparation after you get a call for interview.

It depends on what stage of interview preparation are you in.

I usually think that upto 1 month from interview seasons one should totally concentrate on understanding basics of data structures and algorithms. This is the key area from where most of the interview questions are asked. HackerRank is probably the best website for this stage. Solve as many questions as you can. Compete in multiple competitions.
