All interns shall be trained and supervised by our experienced professional staff. As an effort to provide as much as valuable experiences to an intern as possible, work for an intern is designed such a way that the intern can learn as many skills as practically possible while producing meaningful work. All intern shall participate BOTH of following two groups of tasks. Group 1 Tasks All interns shall participate social media and lead generation work: Use social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, data.com tobuild professional connections for you and for our company. No need to make phone calls. You should be able to use your LinkedIn account for the purpose of this internship. Group 2 Tasks All interns shall participate one, or several of the following tasks, or their sub tasks, based on your interest and skills: Technical documents such as product web pages, datasheets, user manuals, etc. Product sourcing such as product market research, supplier research etc. Marketing: writing blogs, press releases, FAQ, coordinating and monitoring marketing efforts HR: job posting, recruiting, performance measurements Innovation and Improvements: Research various tools, ideas, methods, and processes to improve our operations. This tends to be assigned close to end of your internship since you will have a better understanding of our operations. The tasks of Group 2 will be assigned based on your interest, skills and our company needs. The above tasks get you involved with different functions or departments of out company. This is great for you since you can learn different skills. You will be trained by experienced professionals before you start on any tasks. Please feel free to discuss with the interviewers about tasks of your choice. Requirements - 40 work hours per week (However, a minimum of 30 hours per week could be considered for candidates having genuine difficulties meeting the requirement of 40 hours per week, but a total of 500 work hours (equivalent to three months full time) have to be completed within 4 months. - You need to be able to self-manage, self-discipline, and be honest, dependable, and hard-working. - You need to have high productivity and quality for your results.
