Job Details Talking to students/clients in effective manner to convey fact information. Listen carefully to the clients/ students needs, asking appropriate question, see their reactions, according to that give solutions to them. 1. At first stage, try to find out the what clients wants, needs and what he/she wants to say, what actual things or help they want from us and try to come out with conclusion at that stage only. 2. At second stage, counselor should help them according to their needs like college details, course, about area and our services at every stage we provide 3. And at last stage, try to convince them by giving brief explanation regarding our services. After 1st visit of client, enter the communication, into app.net and write the next follow up. Do follow ups timely, and provide new updates from college to them. Once he registered, select the course and college according to their qualification, bands, and their interest. Co-ordinate with HOD and SPO regarding their application and mutually with student also. Try to get references from students. Try to learn from every interaction. Provide post registration services. Provide information regarding job opportunities, atmosphere, ex- students in Canada Try to gain maximum business for company. Send report daily. Try to find out the reasons for lost client.
