Recording and Review of Regular Company accounting transactions.
Preparation of Salary working and processing via software (PF/ESIC/Service Charge working/TDS/ Bank account opening/F&Fs etc.) and also implementation and updating of software as and when required.
Maintaining documents list of all employees
Preparation of monthly MIS.
Finalization of accounts.
Preparation of Quarterly TDS Returns
Maintaining Fixed Asset Register & also capitalizing the same in the books.
Preparation of Weekly Sales Report and presenting it to the management.
Handling of Import payments & documentation.
Renewal of insurance policies & AMC of all the restaurants.
