The person will report to Asst. Manager - HR (Payroll). The person will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves working with the possible internal and external stakeholders across India. General Duties & Responsibilities Colleting error free payroll inputs, alignment & processing salary every month on time Managing Payments to employees (Salary, LTC, Bonus, salary advance etc.) Preparing letters/Voucher of all the reimbursements & others as an when require. Resolving grievances related to Payments and coordinate with branch Preparing payment reports on monthly basis (ESIC, PT, LWF, LIC reconciliation, GTI, Superannuation & WC policy data) Managing all Payroll related MIS, CTCs, Support to HR Operations and calculation of DA revision, LWF, process invoices of vendors & medical. Should have knowledge of statutory compliances. Updating the salary details (MIS) on monthly basis. Hand on experience with MS-Excel, making various reports & analysis. To work on ad-hoc assignments as per the Business requirements Salary INR 3,75,000 - 4,25,000 P.A.
