  1. CSE should be able to manage both Inbound and Outbound calls.
  2. CSE should be able to identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  3. Requires to answer incoming calls from customers- Take orders, answers customer queries, resolve complains and provide information.
  4. Maintain good communication with customers, to build a good repo with them, encourage and guide them to purchase the product.
  5. Have a fair knowledge of marketing skills and having good convincing skills.
  6. CSE should keep records of all conversations done with the customers.
  7. CSE will be responsible to maintain End to End follow-ups with customers and other teams.
