*Representing Blue Chip Companies through various B to B / B to C Campaigns
*Managing & Leading a team of Sales/Marketing Associates
*Managing clients & developing sound business relationship
*Identify & execute communications strategy as per business Requirement
*Develop and Implement the Brand promotion and Marketing strategy
*Developing and/or implementing integrated marketing strategies and campaign plans
*This individual will be responsible for marketing through our various partner channel and generate lead for clients
*Promote organizational products and services through public relations initiatives
*Managing national & international clients and developing sound business relationship
*Managing business resources
*Managing Finances, operations & Back hand operations
*Closing clients - from Business presentation to warm leads to eventually signing up clients
*Handling and training a team of outbound marketing executives
*Setting goals, guiding the team towards achieving those goals

Business Associate =>Corporate Trainer => Corporate Team Leader => Assistant Business Head => Business Head

This position starts with a Business Associate who is sequentially trained to be a Corporate Trainer, then a Corporate Team Leader, then an ABH and finally a BH.
