-Responsible for managing & executing client expectations on all aspects of social media page management.
-Understand client requirements, provide expertise in all areas of digital marketing such as campaign strategies and executing social media marketing, present & discuss plans to client and coordinate with SEO and paid marketing teams to get the agreed plans executed etc.
-Developing a thorough knowledge of the clients business, the consumer, the digital presence of the Client.
-Making monthly Social Media plans, executing them and making reports of the respective Digital Accounts.
-Coming up with ideas for the smooth functioning of the Digital accounts.
-Coordinating with the Design Studio for any creative needed for the Digital accounts.
-Keeping track of the billing process and following up with the Brand Services Executives for the payments.
-Develop social media marketing strategies for existing and new customers.
-Track marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions/projects.
-Having a fair idea of the aspects of advertising, including creative, media, research, and commercial production.
-Marketing Strategy Planning.
-Inclination towards Digital Media. Should be quick in work and on toes for timely delivery of Digital work.
-Should be well versed with Digital Gadgets like: Tablets, Cameras etc.
-Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
-High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
