Job Position:-Phone Banking Officer / Assistant Manager

( Customer Service Inbound - Outbound)

( 5 different Banks Payroll)

No. of Positions;- 15 vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 20yrs - 33 yrs
- Graduation(HSC Passed Only in Belapur)
- Good Communication Skills (English Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

To answer incoming calls of the existing customers of the bank

Help them to do online/Net Banking for the firts time

Help them generate passwords for Net Banking or Mobile Banking

Help them to transfer amount to other through NEFT/RTGS/Third Party transfer facilities via Net Banking or Mobile Banking

Take applications of Home Loan, Personal Loan, Car Loan, Business Loan, Overdraft, to open Demat Accounts or Savings Account or Current Account or Fixed Deposit Account

Job Hours:

Shift Timing:24*7 for males (10 days night shift in a month) - 9 hrs. Rotational shift

7 am to 9 pm for females (no night shifts at all) - 9 hrs. Rotational shift

Update the details of the conversation in the available CRM

Understandcustomersrequirement in case of any discrepancy take it up with sales to resolve it.
Coordinate with sales representatives & other departments to resolvecustomersqueries.

Experience required:

Fresher and Experienced candidates both are Welcome
Candidate Must have Good Communication Skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu or Bengali or Malyalam

CTC: 2.25 LPA - 3 LPA + Shift Allowances Rs 150/- Per Day + Annual Bonus or Incentives

Work Timings: 10am-7pm / 9:30am - 6pm
