We have an Job opportunity for the position ofSr. Executive/ AM - Post Sales for a leading Real Estate Developer at Mumbai location at Malad East
Designation : Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager- Post Sales
Qualification : Graduation
Age Criteria : Below 35 yrs
Job Timings : 9:30 am to 6 pm
No. of Days Working : 6 Days ( 1 Weekly off between Mon to Fri)
Saturdays & Sundays compulsory working
Job Role :
- Candidate must have good communication skill and Presentable
- To Handle Booked clients Queries
- Follow up for payments, Documentation.
- To enter data in ERP/SAP/ other CRM software
- Preparation and execution of allotment letter, Demand letter, Agreement
- Preparation of loan documents, transfer, cancellation.
- Tracking of Construction update and raising demand accordingly
- Co-ordinate with Architect, Legal Team
- Handling Bank enquiries for loan, APF and Other transaction
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
- Monitor customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
Candidate who have experience in post sales need apply
