Define and build reusable, templates and solution components that can enhance delivery

Develop and institutionalize Competency Framework, Assessment of Learning needs and Training Plan

Guiding and Mentoring project team

Take overall ownership of the hiring, staffing and team development

Work with RMG, HR and TA functions to hire and staff the solution delivery team for the projects

Perform periodic reviews and participate in the appraisal cycle for the team members

Identify the resource needs and coordinate with RMG for project allocation

Mentoring and Coaching

Provide technical mentoring, enablement and coaching to the integration teams

Work with the delivery teams to identify the training gaps and needs

Work with the training team to address the gaps

Devise trainings ensuring that the business objectives are addressed
