This position is for our client based in Bandra.

Head Resource Mobilization/Head Fundraising

Location: Bandra East, Mumbai


Purpose:

  • The Incumbent will be responsible for development of the Resource Mobilization strategy and ensure adherence to the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an annual resource mobilization plan.
  • Develop and maintain a database of donors ( Corporate, Foundations, Trusts, Foreign Agencies, Individuals etc).
  • Lead the fundraising team to raise funds according to plan and as per targets.
  • Obtain Funds from donors in adherence to the Plan and personal targets.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to understand fund raising requirements and fund utilizing issues.
  • Nurture existing Donor relationships and constantly build new relationships.
  • Ensure set up of support infrastructure, including donor software; online donations, registration with fund-raising mediating agencies; liaising with vendors/telemarketers, etc;
  • Ensure all committed funds are received and all accounting matters/ TDS certificates are settled.
  • Work with Communications team to maintain media relations and ensure media visibility.


Requirements:


Graduate or Post graduate in any subject.

10-15 years Experience in Key Account Selling, Relationship management.
