Job Description:Business Development-Training of advisors regularly on products & concepts- Assisting advisors in making business plans and Targets- Joint calls for client acquisition & client retention- Joint calls for Group insurance- Coordinating activities like client meets and health camps- Coordination with insurance companies for Group quotes- Regular followups for business development with advisors- Contest communication to advisors timely- Activation of all empanelled advisorsAfter Sales services- Assisting advisors in claim assistance- Coordination with Insurance companies for faster issuance of policies- Query resolution of advisors relating to policy servicing and incentivisationSystem and Process- Following Sales process & Reporting regularlySkill up-gradation- Regular knowledge update on new product, guidelines and regulations
