Job Title:Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

  • Restaurant Managers have a role that is vital to your restaurants brand and positioning on staff members and guests.
  • Building sales, managing costs.
  • Restaurant Manager must be fluent in English, familiar with the internet, Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Must take twice daily briefings
  • Must be responsible for outlet sales, food quality, service quality
  • Must be on time always
  • Employee scheduling, & see that every employee must punch biometric on time every day
  • Must check all staff daily if they are well groomed and in uniform
  • Must be able to lead, mentor and guide all staff at respective outlet well
  • Must upsell and own all situations good & bad with grace and professionalism
  • Must refer to all operational, cleaning SOPs
  • Must manage staff issues and scheduling at a store level
  • Must take food and beverage stocks daily
  • Must be professional, well groomed in uniform, have excellent social skills, customer service skills and display strong leadership at all times
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Managing employees, Promoting and firing of staff.
  • Must do a cutlery & crockery count twice a month on the 15th& 30th
  • Must know Sanitation and safety compliance.
  • Work with the Marketing & Operation Manager on events & activities.
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment within restaurant.
  • Staff meeting before 10th of every month and mom to shared
  • Follow all regulations of the F&B laws laid down by all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.
  • Cash management & create & mail daily POS report.
  • Must ensure that recipes, portioning and plating are being strictly followed
  • Create detailed reports on daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Review ordering and food cost daily to maintain effective profit and loss controls
  • Responsible for all cashiering and administrative systems, including: daily cashiering, petty cash systems, accumulation of daily taking summaries, ordering, deliveries and service duties checklists
  • Tracking of Bike Petrol & its servicing
  • Place Daily certifying the posting report, NC, Void KOT, Void bills, discount report. Sign off must be there
  • Daily sales and performance reports
  • Overseeing the day to day operation of the restaurant including cleaning, floor plan layout, table settings and theme of the restaurant
  • The manager must be on the floor during peak business hours. There is no better assurance for a customer than seeing the manager supervise his team and ensure that all is well for the guests
  • Keeping personal touch with the regular guest and the important guests who visit the restaurant
  • Coaching, counseling and nurturing employees
  • Educate and empower subordinate managers and associates to act in a similar capacity to change
  • Must be internally motivated and detail oriented and have a passion for teaching others
  • Ensure that the Restaurant is free of pests, insects and rodents

Experience: 4-5 Years
Salary: 33-35K (Negotiable)
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Hospitality
