Digital Account Management: /Digital Media Planner Executive

The role includes responsibilityfor planning, developing and managing ourclients' digital strategy to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals.

Some of these goals may include better online presence, more compelling content that elevates the brand, better lead generation, more effective communicationor more streamlined marketing through online channels.

Candidate would also be the custodian of relationships with existing and potential clients, not to mention a compass for what's relevant to their consumers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
  • Plan and execute digital strategies for clients
  • Present integrated ideas and digital roadmaps to clients.
  • Coordinate with design, creative teams & technology/digital marketing partners for execution of digital plans.
  • Supervise and help executedigital marketing campaigns across paid, earned & owned media
  • Analyse effectiveness of digital campaigns through available data and present hypothesis and way forwards for improvement and optimization.
  • Monitor engagement and performance on existing digital /social assets.
  • Recommend, design and implement digital projects in partnership with creative teamto increase their ROI
  • Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
  • Prepare and present reports on their progress
  • Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Additional skill, not a must but preferred:Identify ways to optimize web content in order to improve SEO

Desired skills & experience

  • A digital native with knowledge of all existing and emerging digital channels.
  • Prior hands on experience in delivering following: websites, microsites, SEO, display/banner campaigns, social and mobile marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of web analytics & associated tools
  • around 1 year (AE), 2 years (Sr. AE), 3-4 years (Supervisor) of working experience in digital/integrated agency or technology company with hands on experience of implementing digital marketing campaigns across channel and platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
  • Interested in pop culture, digital culture, online human behaviour, topical trends, content trends and so on.
  • Sense of ownership and leadership
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Other good to have but not mandatory skills:

    • MBA in Marketing or similar relevant field
