Proper data analysis and new Channel development.

Training and monitoring of distributor sales staff.

Desired Profile: 

1. Candidate with experience in sales of reputed organization into FMCG Beverages division [Coke, Fruit Juice, Dahi etc] 
2. Candidate should know the geographic knowledge of the city.

3. Managing Team - Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.- Driving Local
