Handle various types of Service calls likes, Warranty calls, Non-warranty calls, Installation calls, Walk-in Customer Calls, AMC -FMS Calls, Projects related calls etc.

To handle daily engineers call scheduling.

Maintain daily calls sheets for all type of calls & share daily report to Service Manager

Share daily calls status & part Status with ASP.

Maintain Service Stock Register/ Inventory.

Maintain Parts In-Out Register & also do Challans Preparation

To attend walk-in customer & do primary Diagnostic. Also give Technical support to customer by telecomm.

Handle internal users Calls.

Handle Call Escalation.

To Take Feedback from Customers.

Quotation preparation for Chargeable calls & OBDI Preparation for part request.

To do Outstanding Payment Follow up.

AMC quote & Contract Preparation & AMC payment Follow up as per payment Terms.

Coordinate with different vendors for services.

Submit Vendor invoices to account Dept. & release payment.

Prepare Weekly Service activity Report & Present to MD.

Prepare weekly Service Revenue report & Present to MD.

Qualification Any graduate
