Responsible for all the Joining and exit formalities of the candidates in the assigned region. Maintaining an active and organized talent pipeline of applicants for various positions Responsible for analysing and generating HR reports to AGM Talent Management and Head HR as per the Reporting Matrices. Responsible for handling grievances through Grievance Redress Mechanism in the assigned region. Drive employee initiatives in the region so as to increase the engagement levels of employees in coordination with HO team. Identify key skills, competencies, specialty skills and propose training needs for the employees in the region accordingly. Delivering training and development programs based on both the organizations and the individuals needs in coordination with the HO training team. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program delivered and handhold the employees in attaining the desired level of performance. Design the Individual Development Plan for the identified crucial position employees in consultation with reporting Manager in HO.
