Below are the skills / experiences I am looking for:
Excellent comms skills written and oral, with ability to communicate across the organization, from BU heads to engineers.
Previous experience in managing resourcing lifecycle: resource request governance, resourcing, onboarding, people development, people progression and exit. This role does not have to do resourcing but needs to understand the process.
Experience in calculating resource utilization and providing recommendations to senior management for improvement in utilization.
Expertise in providing MI to senior management regarding resource status, forecasts etc.
Experience in managing job family matching, talent segmentation and calibration, career progression, capability building etc.
Experience in managing end to end process for year end ratings and related pay increments
Relevant experience between 9 12 years, preferably in IT sector.
Look for people who have done the following for a large unit. These people are called BMO and they usually are linked to a specific business unit.
