Job Summary

JOB TITLEExecutive Human Resources

1.SUMMARY

This position / role will support the Learning and Development Goals of the organization. This would include working closely with the LnD Lead, HRBP for various regions and business leaders to identify training needs, trends for L&D interventions for the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

Publishing the training Calendar for every Quarter. This would need working closely with business, HRBPs, internal and external trainers.

Manage the Induction Program for the HO.

Deliver Training on various Soft Skill / Behavioral, Communication, Etiquettes, Values etc. at PAN India offices. Also focus on content development for various in-house L&D interventions.

Maintain a wide network of training service providers, internal trainers and match appropriate vendors with the relevant L&D interventions, in consideration of the business requirements and budgets

Managing the LMS for the PAN India location and rolling out various online Playlist.

Communication related to upcoming programs, reminder and collecting feedback at regular feedback

LnD Analytics and LnD Branding -Deriving trends from various LnD initiatives / data points . Evaluating feedback and follow-up surveys responses. Deriving trends Contribute to the branding promotion and communication of the PEAK activities across organization

Keep abreast of L&D innovations and current market practices.

Experience- 3 to 5 years

This position entails travelling across India.
