We are hiring for the below profile:

Title / Designation : Relationship Manager - Client Servicing Team (Retention and Up-selling) On the Payroll of IndiaMart.

Location : Bangalore

Experience : min 2+ years in Sales with Team handling experience

Position Description:

Our client servicing professionals focus on managing clients, maintaining a long term relationship with clients and maximizing sales opportunities within them. This position allows you to build productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.

Job Summary:

  1. To generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate up-selling process.
  2. To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate up-selling opportunities for the company's products and services.
  3. To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.
  4. Will be responsible for client retention

Knowledge:

Knowledge and application of sales & servicing techniques such as: Seek Opportunity, Rapport building, selling on emotion, ownership, building value in the product, and up-selling.

Qualification:

  1. Graduate / MBA/ B.Tech or any Equivalent Degree
  2. Should have 2 Wheeler with Valid Driving Licence
