Job Description
a. Support in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

b.Manage complete employee life cycle Recruitment -on-boarding to exits.

c.Develop and implement policies, Coaching and counseling employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

d.Coordinate with the Management and Department Heads for scaling up of resources in line with the growth plans of the organization & accordingly monitor and design succession planning of employees.

e.Counselling line managers with regard to issues related to the management of staff performance & attendance

f.Implement effective records and documentations in all HR processes.

g.Responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience and cultivating a culture of mutual respect.

h.Implement company-wide employee communications, events, and activities.

i.Play an important role in propagating performance- based culture.

j.Develop strong employee relations. Deal with employee grievances and implement disciplinary procedures in a timely and professional manner

k.Analyze trends and metrics for employee Productivity and taking necessary action

l.Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

m.Identify training needs for teams and individual
