Key Deliverables / Accountabilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with email and phone calls
  • Pre-qualify leads and setup Stage 1 discussions for Franchise Sales Manager.
  • Set up and coordinate Stage 2 meeting with Franchise Sales Manager.
  • Maintain Candidate Database
  • Organize Country Manager /Franchisee Validation Call
  • Manage and Plan Discovery Day Events
  • Assist Franchise Sales Manager
  • Assist in Franchise Agreement Signings & Other Legal Documentation
  • Update Training & Events Calendar and coordinate activities
  • Coordinate Franchise Disclosure Document / Renewal
  • Complete Sales Report every week

The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate preferably with 2 years experience in similar role
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office software suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word).
  • Positive and proactive approach with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Excellent organisational skills - able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Grasps new technology easily.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Able to use initiative, be proactive, assertive and solve problems.
