•Work with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate into analytics integration and technology strategy and requirements.
•Creating reports and dashboard for the clients in desired format.
•Using the Digital Measurement Framework as guide, oversee the implementation and usage of the Digital Analytics Platform to collect data required by Product Owners, LOBs and other stakeholders
•Define analytics Quality Assurance and testing activities to ensure accurate and efficient data collection and reporting.
•Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns
•Identify and develop new features/functionality for website enhancements that improve conversion rate and user experience.
•Conduct competitive analyses, staying abreast of industry best practice and integrating learnings into the overall brands digital marketing strategy.
•Provide feedback, summary and information about projects situation (Difficulties, risks, successes, opportunities, etc),
•Liaise and co-ordinate with other Adobe Analytics entities to optimize the use of resources,
•Works closely with Sales, Pre-sales and Support to ensure smooth handover,
•Assist customers and partners in project reporting and driving insights for the business.
Desired Candidate Profile
•2-3 Years of Experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proven experience in Adobe Analytics reporting
•In-depth knowledge of analytics concepts and tools like Warehouse, Report Builder, workspace,
•Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint,
•Good presentation and customer facing skills
