Profile: IT Business Development
We are looking for IT Business Development Executive.
· Qualify sales opportunities through assigned platforms. The assigned platforms are
o Job Portals:
§ People Per Hour
§ XBT Freelancer
o Work on leads generated through lead team: Linked in, Hoovers, D&B and other, premium services…
· Identifying and exploiting business opportunities apart from the above mentioned platforms too.
· Work on sales strategy advised by management in accordance with the Market behavior.
· Liaise with internal and external technical teams to ensure smooth, responsive progress of projects, liaising with both to identify & manage issues and immediately engaging senior management in exceptional situations.
· Track the progress of the sales stages and report on daily basis in prescribed format.
· Meet sales targets.
· Meet with new and existing clients. Coordinate Business Analyst team efforts to understand client goals
· Demonstrate the value of our company solutions and convince clients to choose our company services
· Supporting senior management in augmenting sales strategies and targets.
· Support in implementing sales development strategies and adherence with the company process.
· Bringing in new customers while retaining existing ones.
· Must only focus on sales related activities, no interference to the development work.
